Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using this website and working with Jeffrey Plewak.
1. Who is providing the services
This site is operated by Jeffrey Plewak, an independent contractor offering software, AI, systems consulting, web development, and related services.
2. Scope of services
- Services may include consulting, design, development, and maintenance for software, websites, automation systems, creator funnels, and related technical work.
- All services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis. No specific business outcomes, revenue levels, or rankings are guaranteed.
- Services are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You should consult qualified professionals in those areas as needed.
3. Payments and billing
- Many packages are paid through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other providers. Those processors handle card and account data on their own systems.
- Work normally begins after payment is received, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Any refunds, changes in scope, or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing (for example, by email) between you and Jeffrey Plewak.
4. Acceptable use
- You agree not to request, encourage, or use services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, harassment, or activities that would violate platform rules or local law.
- Creator consulting is limited to strategy and systems. No adult media is hosted or sold on this website, and you remain responsible for complying with the rules and laws that apply to your own content and business.
5. No warranties and limitation of liability
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without express warranties. To the extent allowed by law, any implied warranties are limited or excluded.
- To the extent allowed by law, any liability of Jeffrey Plewak for direct damages arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work in question.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated over time. The version posted on this page is the current version. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
