• This site is a static marketing site. It does not run custom server-side code for tracking or profiling visitors.
• You can contact Jeffrey Plewak directly by email at plewak.jeff@gmail.com or by using external tools linked from this site (for example, Calendly).

• If you send an email, book a call, or submit information through a third-party service, the details you provide (such as name, contact information, and project description) are used to respond to you and, if agreed, to deliver services.
• Emails and related correspondence may be kept as records of work and communication.

3. Payments and third-party processors

• Payments for many packages are handled through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other processors. Those providers process your payment details on their own systems in line with their own terms and privacy policies.
• This site does not store or process your card number or banking credentials directly.

4. Calendly and scheduling

• Calendly may be used to let you schedule consultations. When you book, Calendly collects information you enter (such as name, email, and time zone) under its own privacy policy.
• Scheduling data is used to coordinate calls and related work.

5. Cookies and analytics

• The core HTML and CSS of this site do not require cookies to function.
• Embedded third-party services (such as Calendly or payment providers) may set their own cookies or similar technologies in line with their policies.

6. Your choices

• You can choose not to provide information through the site and instead contact directly by email.
• If you would like to update or remove information you have provided directly (for example in email or Calendly notes), you can send a request to plewak.jeff@gmail.com.
